Global Warming In the Environment
Earth is the only planet in the solar system that contains life. The most intelligent living organisms on this planet are human beings. And as a human being, it is our responsibility to take care of this huge satellite.
Planet Earth is home to billions of living species. With time humans have evolved and many technological advancements have been made. The future seems bright, but, that's not true. We are so caught up with climbing higher and higher to make the era more advanced that we don't even realize for one minute that the environment is being effected heavily.
Due to the technological enhancements, many harmful gases are being released into the environment, which is leading to the decrease of ozone levels, meaning that due to these gases the ozone layer is fading away slowly, which is why the ultra violet rays from the sun are effecting the earths climatic condition. If this does not stop, global warming will lead to extreme climatic conditions and pollution in the atmosphere and the environment.
Global Warming stresses ecosystems through rise in temperatures, water shortage, increased fire threats, drought, weed and pest invasions, intense storm damage and salt invasion. Some of Australia's great natural icons, such as the Great Barrier Reef, are already threatened.
If human beings work together in finding environment friendly ways of improving technology, the earth may have a chance of surviving in the future. Recycling materials and recycling toxic waste can help keep the environment clean and health friendly.
Fossil fuels are an example of green house gases. Green house gases in an excessive amount is dangerous for the ecosystem and the earths environment. These gases are causing many natural and chemical disasters such as, acidic rain, floods and drought, deforestation and extreme change in climate.
We can keep the environment clean by planting more trees, reducing the amount of fossil fuels for making electricity, building factories in abandoned places or places which are far away from cities and greenery.
Just by taking a few easy precautions we can save our planet earth which has been generous to us humans and living organisms for millions and billions of years.
Wow, now that is something us humans should think about.
